Diana Georgescu is a Lecturer in Transnational/Comparative Southeast European Studies in the University College London School of Slavonic and East European Studies. Her research focuses on the history of childhood and youth in the socialist and post-socialist periods. She’s currently finishing a book titled Ceaușescu’s Children: The Making and Unmaking of Romania’s Last Socialist Generation, 1965-2010.
